I am compitent in a variety of media when commissioned to create pet portraits.

Pencil, acrylics, watercolour and fine liner pens are illustrated here.

Recently I have uploaded my sketches into a drawing app where I have embellished the images.

The last two pictures are made using this technique.

A range of medias were used to create these portraits.

The most challenging of which was the 'watercolour splatter' images.

This series demonstrates the variety of effects obtainable by a combination of ink pens.  

The template of a dancing form was manipulated to create the idea of movement.

The use of interference paint on black card was the base layer for these pattern pieces.

The majority of this collection of Still Life drawings were made using fine liner ink pens and water.

The other media used were pencil and felt pen. 

A combination of lino printing, fineliner pens, watercolour and glue

were used in the creation of these pieces. 

These pieces were created using broad and fine felt pens.

I have worked extensively with Batik, Sewing and Embroidery.

I look for opportunities to incorperate these as it brings a extra dimension to my work.

I love to spend my spare time Knitting, Crocheting and Sewing.

I have a passion to create patterns and shapes in vibrant colours.

In some of these pieces I have used a hot glue gun to add detail and form.

Then coloured the glue with metalic paint or black marker.

I am well established in producing Children's murals.  

I started when my own children were young and now I paint commissions and for my grandchildren. 

I use a wide variety of watercolour techniques in my work.

I especially like the effects created by splattering and dripping the paint.

I have experience of making a large variety of garments.

The majority of which I have personalised with embroidery. 

This is my Second Picture book.

I am working with Austin Macauley Publishers Ltd. and this book was published on 31st May 2019. 

The first was published in March 2019 called 'Cheesy Chuck'.
